  1. Well, that’s just my opinion, but I think you have to warm up muscles before stretching. Trying a stretch for any mobility gain can cause injuries, especially if your muscles aren’t warmed. And for some people who try to swing hard, they could injured. But it’s my personal opinion. Sorry for my poor English
